Scholarships

YPA scholarships allow young photographers from economically disadvantaged backgrounds to not only realize their artistic dreams, but also to give back to their communities. As a YPA Scholarship Sponsor, you can play a key role in helping us provide many more happy endings or, rather, exciting beginnings for gifted students.

Among our primary aims is to foster social and environmental responsibility in the photographers and studios of tomorrow. To this end, awards applied strategically in order to make the most meaningful impact on both the student and the profession, and the recipients are selected based on their ability, need, and their demonstrated commitment to giving back to the larger community through their work. All scholarship and honorable mention sponsors receive the following benefits:
