Specs
- Prints should be no smaller than 8" x 10" unless part of a series
- No larger than 20" x 24" (if your print is larger in size, let us know so we can accommodate)
- Prints can be black & white or color
- Archival quality paper is required
- Prints should be signed on the back or underneath (not on the actual image)
Information required
- Photographer’s full name, website address & email address
- A title for each print
- Specific print medium (what type of print it is)
- The market value of each print
- Minimum suggested bid
- Photographer’s short bio
- JPEG or scan (no larger than 2MB) of the print – for use on YPA’s website to promote
on-line auction and for event guide.

Please be sure to package your print(s) securely so they are not damaged during shipping.
All information should accompany the delivery of the image(s) – you will receive confirmation that the image has arrived safely. YPA reserves the right to curate the auction and may choose not to use all images submitted.
